There is a three-story spa on the property. It has a 50-meter heated pool with sea water. The complex includes a Finnish sauna, a Russian bathhouse, hammam and Roman terms. There are three outdoor swimming pools in the summer. One of them is on the roof of the building.

And about. Alexander Akoev, senior manager of the MMK social programs group, said that before the purchase, the team of specialists examined about 30 objects in Crimea. The choice settled on Livadia because of the optimal ratio of price, quality of services and finished infrastructure.

According to Alexander Akoev, MMK has health centers in Bashkiria and Essentuki. The company lacked a facility on the seaside for employees to rest. The purchase decision was made by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MMK Viktor Rashnikov.

Employees of the plant will be able to relax at the hotel at discounted prices. Deputy General Director of MMK for Social Affairs Alexei Zhloba said that the first employees of the enterprise will go on vacation in October 2025.

According to the hotel's website, the cost of a week's stay in October is ₽57 thousand per standard room for two. A family junior suite will cost ₽78 thousand. A two-bedroom suite costs ₽92 thousand per week. From October 1 to December 27, 2025, the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis[1]
