2022: MedInvest Group bought 50% of Lotus

MedInvest Group bought 50% of Lotus

This is evidenced by the entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, by the end of January 2022, MedInvest Group owns 50% of the authorized capital of Lotus (63.205 million rubles), another 44.25% is owned by Alexander Weinstein (daughter of Chelyabinsk businessman Sergei Weinstein) (55.936 million rubles), and 5.75% is owned by the wife of the ex-director of LotUS.

By the end of January 2022, the Lotus network of medical centers is the largest private medical organization in Chelyabinsk. She has 12 branches - ten in Chelyabinsk, one each - in Kopeisk and Zlatoust.

Lotus was the first private medical organization to provide PCR testing services for COVID-19 in the region using the Generium test system.

2021: Generium bought 50% of Lotus

In July 2022, Generium JSC, founded by Viktor Kharitonin, became the owner of 50% of Lotus Medical Center LLC, which manages 11 clinics in the Chelyabinsk Region. This is the first medical asset of a biotechnology company.

On the basis of one of the Lotus clinics, there is an outpatient oncology center. About 200 thousand people are attached to it, in 2021, 2.8 thousand cases of treatment in a day hospital were allocated under compulsory medical insurance.^[1]
