KAU "MFC of Altai Krai" is created according to the Resolution of Administration of Altai Krai of December 21, 2010 N 566 "About creation of edge autonomous organization "Multifunction Center of Providing Public and Municipal Services of Altai Krai".

The main objective of the center – the complex and operational problem solving of citizens in the place, comfortable for them, and the mode using skilled staff excluding the appeal to different departments and the organizations for receiving one (state or municipal) services.

Work of KAU "MFC of Altai Krai" simplifies document creation, creation of the general computer databases with which representatives of several departments at the same time can work. Thanks to implementation of this project the majority of necessary references became possible to receive at once and on site.

Purposes of activity of KAU "MFC of Altai Krai"

• simplification of procedures of receiving the public and municipal services for the realization account of the principle of "one window";
• reduction of time and finance costs on receiving service, including on obtaining information (collecting of the references and data necessary for receiving service), transit time to the place of providing, waiting time in queues, time of communication with officials;
• increase in knowledge of citizens and legal entities of an order, methods and conditions of receiving public and municipal services;
• increase in comfort for applicants in the course of receiving the public and municipal services;
• increase in satisfaction of receivers of the public and municipal services with their quality;
• anti-corruption, liquidation of the market of intermediary services when providing the public and municipal services;
• implementation of practice of interactive interaction with applicants when providing the public and municipal services;
• development and improvement of interdepartmental interaction of different federal, edge and municipal services, organizations;

Basic functions of KAU "MFC of Altai Krai"

• the organization of interaction with authorities which services are provided based on KAU "MFC of Altai Krai";
• informing on conditions and order of receiving services by means of placement of information on the Internet and at the appeal to the center of telephone service of KAU "MFC of Altai Krai";
• consultation at the personal appeal to KAU "MFC of Altai Krai" about conditions and an order of receiving services;
• documents acceptance, necessary for provision of services;
• issue to applicants of the documents based on provision of services prepared by authorized bodies and (or) the organizations;
• personal data processing during the course of performance the listed above transactions.
