2025: ABC-Medicine bought MRT24
A controlling stake in the Moscow network of diagnostic centers "MRT24" was acquired by the medical holding "ABC-Medicine." The asset consolidation transaction was completed in June 2025 and is aimed at expanding the company's presence in the high-tech diagnostics market in the capital region.
The parent company of the holding became the owner of 80% of the shares of the Moscow network specializing in computer and magnetic resonance imaging. The acquisition cost is estimated at ₽180 - 200 million.

The acquired medical institutions will significantly strengthen the holding's potential to provide modern diagnostic services, said Artem Melikhov. Integration of centers into the structure of ABC-Medicine will expand the geographical presence of the network.
ABC-Medicine is a multidisciplinary network of clinics for adults and children. The holding includes 20 medical institutions in Moscow and the Moscow region (by June 2025).[1]
