The Itogi magazine was issued in Russia from 1996 to 2014, extended in Russia, the CIS countries, Europe, the USA. The social and political edition from 1996 to 2001 cooperated with one of the oldest magazines of the USA Newsweek.
The weekly entered Seven Days publishing house which, in turn, belongs to Gazprom Media holding. In October, 2013 the holding was headed by the former head of the Ministry of Press and the former Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Mikhail Lesin.
The magazine throughout long time experienced financial difficulties, in 2013 the considerable number of journalists was laid off, told sources in Results earlier.

For February, 2014, as of the website of Gazprom Media, the circulation of the magazine is 77.4 thousand copies. According to the rating of the websites Openstat, in January, 2014 the number of readers of the portal exceeded 82 thousand people, the number of viewings – 225 thousand.
The average number of readers of one number, according to TNS Russia, was during the period from March to April, 2012 369.4 thousand people, an audience share among weekly publications — 0.6%. In the index of quoting the Itogi magazine is on the third place after the Forbes and The New Times magazines.
In 2011 the magazine extended on a subscription (30,000) and at retail, on regular flights of airlines and also its addressed mailing was performed. Retail Moscow: 35 000, St. Petersburg: 6000. Address delivery (4,400 copies) is performed to each deputy of the State Duma (480 copies), in the Government of the Russian Federation, the MFA, the Federation Council, the Moscow Mayor's office, Presidential Administration, in all embassies and representative offices of foreign firms, to heads of the largest Russian companies, hotels, commercial centers.
