JSC Magnezit Plant is the world's largest producer of high-resistant refractory materials on the basis of natural magnesite raw materials, the enterprise with a full fabrication cycle - from opening and extraction of magnesite ores (an open and underground method), their crushing and enrichment, before receiving and roasting of periklazovy powders and production of fire-resistant products.

The plant makes more than hundred names of magnesian and carbon-containing refractory materials, a wide range of not formed fire-resistant materials, metallurgical dolomite, construction crushed stone, the Magud fertilizer and another is much.

Consumers of products of the plant located in Chelyabinsk region are more than 700 domestic and foreign enterprises of ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, cement, chemical, tsellyulozo-paper, sugar industries, mechanical engineering, power, agriculture. The share of the Magnesite group in the market of magnesian refractory materials in the CIS makes 60%, in the Russian market - 67%.

More than 40 workshops are a part of JSC Magnezit plant. The number of employees in workshops fluctuates from several tens to 1000 people. Workshops significantly differ on the role in production process. It is possible to select the following groups of workshops:
