The idea of service was born when actively growing company felt need constantly to increase efficiency of the activity and to manage a big team of employees. As at that time in the CIS the necessary tool was absent, the decision to develop a Russian-speaking product for the domestic companies - idle time in installation, clear, effective and available at the price was made.

• Service was started in 2010. At the end of 2011 the Yaware service was included into a 5-ka of the best startups of Ukraine according to the Ain online magazine.
• In 2012 Yaware was included into a 10-ka of the best startups in the tender Ukrainian Startups' Rating in the nomination 'Fast start of 2011 ″.
• Yaware actively develops: the client is developed for Windows, by Linux and Mac OS of users, mobile application for Android is ready. In plans - development of mobile application for IOS.

Service became multiplatform, having released the application for time management on Linux and Mac, registered the 10-thousand user, entered a 30-ka of the best startups of 2012 and added a number of useful options. Totally Yaware counted 1,421,814.83 working hours in a year.

Service began to support all popular OS: Windows, Linux and Mac. It means that the program for a time recording can be installed on computers of all employees irrespective of the fact which they use the operating system. For installation it is necessary to create an account on the website Yaware and to download the application.

Yaware developers released the application for Android and iPhone - a free bonus for users of service. Using mobile applications, heads can control presence of employees in a workplace and efficiency of their work directly from mobile.

In service there were flexible configurations of access rights which allow the head to delegate obligations for management of the account to responsibles. For example, to delegate payment to the accountant, having provided access to the section Payment, to delegate installation to the system administrator, providing access to the section Installation and Setup.

Service became available to legal entities from Russia. The Russian companies can pay a subscription to service through Softkey - supermarket of a licensed software. The feature for payment through Webmomey, one of the most popular payment systems was added.

• 2012 began with hit of Yaware in a 5-ka of startups of 2011 according to the online edition, to the devoted Internet business, AIN.UA;
• also ended with hit in a 30-ka of the best startups according to the Russian agency of Internet recruiting Pruffi.
• The size of the customer base increased more than by 3 times. Celebrated registration of the 10-thousand user. In honor of it carried out a joint action with the guru of the Russian time-management, Gleb Arkhangelsky.
• During 2012 regional representative offices in Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia, the USA were open.

Yaware implemented in marketing agencies, publishing houses, online stores and offline retail networks, the production, transport, project companies.
