At the end of November, 2020 the mayor's office of Kazan reported that Rifat Hannanov passes for work a team of the deputy chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko supervising work of federal state agencies on implementation of the Digital Economy national program and some other the directions connected with IT.
