Maria-Ra is one of the largest food retail chains in the Siberian region. Today, the Maria-Ra network is one of the 25 largest networks in Russia. According to the results of the rating "Best Retail Network 2006," conducted by BBPG, the retail chain "Maria-Ra" takes first place in the nomination "Format Leaders." According to Kommersant Publishing House, Maria-Ra, according to 2006 indicators, was included in the rating of the 50 largest Russian retailers, made up of leading online retail players not only in the field of grocery retail, but also, including networks operating in the market of household appliances, building materials and household goods, pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetic market and in the cellular market.
2025: Owner Alexander Rakshin gave his entire share to his wife, daughter and son
The owner of one of the largest grocery retailers in Siberia "Maria-Ra" Alexander Rakshin left the capital of the company managing a number of real estate objects. He transferred shares to his wife and children, retaining the post of CEO. Shares are distributed between three members of the businessman's family - his wife Galina Rakshina (33.4%), daughter Alla Rakshina (33.3%) and son Yevgeny Rakshin (33.3%). Corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in November 2025.[1]
