Maxwell Fotoniks LLC is the Russian innovative company invested by the Maxwell Biotekh venture fund created with participation of the capital of JSC Russian Venture Capital Company conducts development and plans production and an output to the domestic market of essentially new medical laser systems for surgery of soft and solid fabrics.

The main scope of the equipment "Maxwell Fotoniks" – stomatology, perspective is also its use at surgical interventions in obstetrics and gynecology, otorhinolaryngology, a proktologiya and other fields of medicine. A co-investor of Maxwell Fotoniks company is also the Fund of sowing investments RVC.

"Maxwell Fotoniks", entering in "Maxwell of Biothose Groups", conducts development and production of the latest equipment in close partnership with the international companies Dental Photonics and Laser Abrasive Technologies, developers of innovations in the field of medical laser technologies. History

On July 4, 2011 the first ceremony of assignment of status of the resident of the innovation center "Skolkovo" was held. The biotechnology company "Maxwell Fotoniks" joined a cluster of biomedical technologies.
