STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF MEAT-PROCESSING PLANT VLADI

• 2006 — the Organization of work of workshop of primary processing of the cattle, debugging of processes of slaughter, freezing of half carcasses in refrigeration chambers.
• 2007 — Upgrade of production capacities, construction new refrigerating

cameras. Implementation of the training programs based on production.

• 2008 — Opening of raw workshop. Increase in an assortment number of products up to 40 names. The beginning of test production at the 120,000 heads enterprise in a year.
• 2009 — Hardware upgrade for vacuum packaging of products in raw workshop.
• 2010 — Increase in production volumes by 30%. Increase in an assortment row, by production of govyazhy lump semi-finished products and offal. Receiving award

"100 best goods of Russia" and rank "Break of Year".

PLANS FOR THE FUTURE

On December 1, 2010 the technology project about construction of the new enterprise of primary processing of the cattle in the Samara region was approved. Power of future enterprise - 100 tons of products in change. This indicator on production of meat products will compete with most the largest meat-processing plants of Russia. For comparison, production capacities of the medium-sized meat-processing enterprise are about 50 tons. The European and Russian companies were engaged in development of the technology project. The head of meat-processing plant VLADI Vladimirov Dmitry Vyacheslavovich reports that the plant will be equipped with the modern equipment of the Russian and European production. In the developed crisis situation in the majority of segments of economy, and especially in agro-industrial complex, this event not only an indicator of stable growth of the enterprise, but also a huge contribution to development of economic capacity of the Samara province. Now meat-processing plant VLADI — the only processing enterprise in the area which will have such production capacities.
