Medtekhnika LLC RB (formerly State Unitary Enterprise Medtekhnika) is an enterprise in Bashkortostan that provides a full range of services related to the supply, installation, operation, repair and maintenance of the entire range of medical equipment, both domestic and foreign.

History

2025: Participation in the cartel in the supply of an X-ray machine to a children's clinic

The Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for Bashkiria has established signs of anti-competitive collusion in the purchase of X-ray equipment for a children's clinic in the village of Mesyagutovo. The commission concluded that the state government institution "Capital Construction Department of the Republic of Bashkortostan" and the Medtekhnika company had agreed in advance on the terms of delivery of the device worth ₽25,6 million, and the competitive procedures were formal. This became known in mid-October 2025.

According to RBC, the basis for the antimonopoly investigation was the materials of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for the republic. In 2022, the capital construction department announced a tender for the purchase of an X-ray diagnostic apparatus for two jobs for a children's clinic under construction for 200 visits. The initial cost of the equipment amounted to ₽16,5 million.

Four days after the announcement, the customer canceled the purchase. A state agency has announced a new auction for the supply of a tele-controlled X-ray diagnostic complex for three jobs. The initial price of the second tender was set at ₽25,9 million. Two organizations were allowed to participate in the auction. The winner was Medtekhnika with a minimum reduction in the initial contract price.

The Antimonopoly Service established the fact that a representative of the Medtekhnika company met with employees of the capital construction department. At this meeting, the parties reached an agreement to cancel the initial purchase and hold a new tender. The reason for the change in conditions was the presence of equipment at the supplier for only three workplaces instead of the required two.

The installation of more productive equipment did not comply with the design documentation of the medical institution. This led to the need for a re-examination for X-ray protection of the premises. The changes led to a rise in the cost of the entire construction project.^[1]

2023: Inspection by law enforcement officers of the purchase of ultrasound devices for medical institutions of Bashkortostan

On January 17, 2023, it became known that the operatives of the FSB of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Bashkortostan carried out operational and investigative measures against the head of the GKU "Capital Construction Department of the Republic of Bashkortostan" (UKS) Inna Iksanova and the director of the medical equipment supplier Medtekhnika LLC Rustam Aminev.
