Meteor Thermo (Meteor Thermotechnics Engels) formerly Bosch Heating Systems

METEOR Thermo - the plant was founded in 2013, is engaged in the production of technological two-way and three-way boilers, which ensure uninterrupted supply of heat and hot water of constant temperature and take into account the individual requirements of each client. The company is one of the representatives in the market for the production of heating equipment, due to the high quality of its products and innovative production technologies.

In the spring of 2023, the plant was acquired by the multidisciplinary holding S8 Capital as part of a deal with Bosch. The perimeter of the transaction included 100% of the authorized capital of three companies of the Bosch group: a spark plug plant, a heating boiler plant and a power tool plant.
