NF Group partner Stanislav Bibik estimated the transaction value at ₽1,7 -2 billion. In his opinion, a narrow specialization in the automotive business will allow the project to occupy its niche in the market.

For SKSR, the purchase of Megapolis TC looks very timely and logical, since one of the activities of the holding is the auto business, - said Valery Trushin, partner, head of research and consulting at IPG.Estate.
