Ministry of Digital Development of Smolensk Region

2025: Tatyana Shcherbakova appointed head of the Ministry of Ministry of Digital Development of the Smolensk region

On October 21, 2025, Tatyana Shcherbakova was appointed Acting Minister of Digital Development of the Smolensk Region. In this position, she replaced Andrei Rudometkin, who resigned due to the expiration of the service contract. Read more here.

2023: Renamed the Ministry of Digital Development of the Smolensk Region

According to the Chekko portal, from October 12, 2023, the Department of Digital Development of the Smolensk Region was renamed the Ministry of Digital Development of the Smolensk Region.

2021: Renamed the Department of Digital Development of the Smolensk Region

By the Decree of the Administration of the Smolensk Region of December 23, 2020 No. 826, the Department of the Smolensk Region for Information Technologies from January 1, 2021 was renamed the Department of Digital Development of the Smolensk Region^[1].

2019: Activities of the Smolensk Region Information Technology Department

2012: Renaming to Smolensk Oblast Information Technology Department

By Decree of the Administration of the Smolensk Region of December 21, 2012 No. 1047, the Department of the Smolensk Region for Information Technologies, Communications and Provision of Services in Electronic Form was renamed the Department of the Smolensk Region for Information Technologies^[2].
