The Ministry of Digital Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is the executive body of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which carries out:
- regulatory and legal regulation and development of draft laws of the region, legal acts of the Governor of the region and the Government of the region in the areas of ensuring access to information on the activities of state bodies, information technologies, as well as in the field of communications;
- provision of public services, management and disposal of state property in the field of information technology (with the exception of powers within the competence of other executive authorities of the region), as well as in the field of communications.
History
2018: Transformation into the Ministry of Digital Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory
By order of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory dated October 22, 2018 No. 807-r, the Agency for Informatization and Communications of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was transformed into the Ministry of Digital Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory[1].
2014: Renaming to the Agency for Informatization and Communications of the Krasnoyarsk Territory
In accordance with the order of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of October 13, 2014, the Ministry of Informatization and Communications of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was renamed the Agency for Informatization and Communications of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The new structure was headed by Denis Gusarov. Before his appointment , Aleksey Turov, who headed the Ministry of Informatization and Communications of the Krasnoyarsk Territory , was dismissed with reference to the expiration of his contract as minister.
