Ministry of Property Relations of the Samara Region

The Ministry of Property Relations of the Samara Region is an executive body of the Samara Region, formed in order to ensure the management and disposal of the property of the Samara Region (it operates on the basis of Decree of the Government of the Samara Region of 20.06.2007 No. 79 "On Approval of the Regulation on the Ministry of Property Relations of the Samara Region").

History

2006: Transformation into the Ministry of Property Relations of the Samara Region

In 2006, by decree of the Governor of the Samara Region of August 22, 2006 No. 209, the Department of Property Relations of the Samara Region was transformed into the Ministry of Property Relations of the Samara Region.

2004

Transformation into the Department of Property Relations of the Samara Region

In August 2004, in connection with the adoption of the Law of the Samara Region dated July 9, 2004 No. 119-State Duma "On Amendments to the Charter (Basic Law) of the Samara Region," the Ministry of Property Relations of the Samara Region was transformed into the Department of Property Relations of the Samara Region, which is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economic Development, Investment and Trade of the Samara Region.

Transformation into the Ministry of Property Relations of the Samara Region

In 2004, in connection with the creation of the Government of the Samara Region and the approval of its structure, the Department of State Property Management of the Administration of the Samara Region was transformed into the Ministry of Property Relations of the Samara Region.

1999: Renamed the Department of State Property Management of the Samara Region

In 1999, the State Property Management Committee of the Samara Region was renamed the Department of State Property Management of the Samara Region.

1993

The Regulation on the Property Management Committee of the Samara Region, which has the rights and powers of the territorial agency of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for State Property Management, was approved by resolution of the Head of the Regional Administration of April 20, 1993 No. 120.

1992

Since March 20, 1992, the Committee has been empowered by the territorial body of the Ministry of State Property of Russia.

1991: Establishment of the State Property and Municipal Property Management Committee

The Committee for the Management of State Property and Municipal Property was created by decision of the Kuibyshev Regional Council of People's Deputies of the twenty-first convocation of April 19, 1991.
