Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Komi Republic

The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Komi Republic (Ministry of Construction of the Komi Republic) is the executive authority of the Komi Republic, acting as:

• on the formation and implementation of state policy, regulatory and legal regulation in the following areas:
  • capital construction, architecture, urban planning;
  • power, housing and communal complex, gas supply;
  • gasification;
  • the use of regional or inter-municipal roads of the Komi Republic, road activities in the Komi Republic, traffic management in the Komi Republic, management and management of state-owned roads of the Komi Republic;
  • operation of the state information system for urban development support;
  • issues related to the activities of specialized parking lots;

• to provide public services within the competence of the Ministry, as well as an authorized executive body of the Komi Republic for the implementation of state control over compliance by local authorities in the Komi Republic with legislation on urban planning, for organization of state expert review of design documentation and state expert review of engineering survey results,^[1] Republic, which coordinate the activities of other executive authorities of the Komi Republic in these areas, are carried out to prepare such design documentation].
