Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Astrakhan Region

The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Astrakhan region is the executive body of the state vlastiastrakhansky area providing carrying out uniform public policy, standard legal regulation and coordination of activity in the sphere of construction, architecture, town planning, road economy, the housing policy, housing and communal services, the organization of capital repair of common property in apartment houses, energy saving and optimization of power efficiency, heat supply, water supply and water disposal, the address with waste.

History

2016: Accession of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Astrakhan Region to the Ministry of Construction of the Astrakhan Region

On October 26, 2016, the Government of the Astrakhan Region (Decree No. 374-P of October 26, 2016) decided to reorganize the Ministry of Construction and Road Facilities of the Astrakhan Region in the form of joining the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Astrakhan Region.

2015: On the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Astrakhan Region

For January, 2015 the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Astrakhan region was the executive body of the state vlastiastrakhansky area providing legal regulation and coordination of activity in housing sector in the territory of the Astrakhan region including in the field of transfer to individual heating of apartment houses and private households on natural gas. The ministry was engaged in creation of a system of personal accounting of citizens of preferential category.
