Ministry of Economic Development of Kamchatka Territory

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Kamchatka Territory (Ministry of Economic Development of the Kamchatka Territory) is the executive body of state power of the Kamchatka Territory, participating in the implementation of state policy, carrying out the development and implementation of regional policy in the territory of the Kamchatka Territory, regulatory legal regulation, control, provision of public services, other law enforcement functions in the relevant field of activity (Regulation on the Ministry of Economic Development of the Kamchatka Territory - Appendix to the Decree of the Government of the Kamchatka Territory dated December 27, 2012 No. 590-P^[1]

It carries out the activities of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (republics, territories, regions), except for the judiciary, representative offices of the executive bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation under the President of the Russian Federation.

History

2021: Renaming

By the Decree of the Governor of the Kamchatka Territory dated December 2, 2021 No. 161, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kamchatka Territory was renamed the Ministry of Economic Development of the Kamchatka Territory^[2] of ^[2].
