Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Komi Republic

Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Komi Republic (Ministry of Education and Science of the Komi Republic) is the executive authority of the Komi Republic, which performs the functions of forming and implementing state policy, legal regulation and public administration in the field of education, upbringing, guardianship and guardianship, the development of scientific activities and youth policy in the Komi Republic, the organization of the provision of public services in the field of education, education and youth policy on the territory of the Komi Republic, as well as the authorized executive body of the Komi Republic, exercising on the territory of the Komi Republic the transferred powers of the Russian Federation in the field of education and confirmation of documents on academic degrees, academic titles authorized by the executive body of the Komi Republic in the field of organization of recreation and rehabilitation of children, coordinating the activities of other executive bodies of the Komi Republic in these areas.

History

2016: Transformation into the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Komi Republic

By decree of the head of the Komi Republic of October 17, 2016 No. 123, in order to improve the structure of bodies in the executive system of the Komi Republic, the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of the Komi Republic was renamed the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of the Komi Republic, with the transfer to it of functions in the development of scientific activities in the Komi Republic^[1].

2015: Transformation into the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of the Komi Republic

By the decree of the Acting Head of the Republic Sergei Gaplikov dated November 3, 2015 "On Executive Authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in order to improve the structure of the state apparatus from January 1, 2016, the Ministry of Education of the Komi Republic was renamed the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of the Komi Republic with the accession of the Agency of the Komi Republic for Youth Affairs^[2].
