The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of Tula region is the executive authority of Tula region pursuing state policy and exercising public administration and control in the field of environmental protection and rational environmental management, ensuring environmental and radiation safety, federal fire supervision in forests in the territory of the area and also coordinating in the cases set by federal laws, laws of Tula region, decrees and orders of the Governor of Tula region, resolutions and orders of the government of Tula region, activity in these spheres of other executive authorities of Tula region.
