On February 18, 2026, it became known that the Russian manufacturer of hardware and software systems Rubytech (Rubitech Group of Companies) plans to buy part of a technopark in the Moscow region. This will help the company increase production volumes.
According to RBC, we are talking about the acquisition of space on the territory of the Mitino ABCentrum Technopark, the construction of which began in May 2025. The object with a total area of about 11.7 thousand square meters. m is located 1.5 km from the Pyatnitskoye Shosse and Mitino metro stations, 4 km from the Moscow Ring Road. The complex is created for the development of light industry and research activities. The technopark is planned to be commissioned by the end of 2026.
It is assumed that Rubitech will rent and then buy 4.2 thousand square meters. m on the territory of Mitino ABCentrum. According to Alexei Slepov, director of the Ricci warehouse real estate department, the rental price can be 25-30 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m per year, while the acquisition of property will cost 150-200 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m. Thus, the total value of the transaction can range from 630 million to 840 million rubles. Slepov believes that the decision to rent instead of buying at the first stage may be due to the presence of large investments at the start. In addition, tax incentives and residency are tied to a specific type of activity, and not to the right of ownership.
