The newspaper, citing data from the SPARK-Interfax system, MTZ Rubin owns the Gorbushkin Dvor complex (60,000 square meters) in Bagrationovsky proezd. This is one of the most famous specialized shopping centers in Moscow.
According to experts cited by the newspaper, the introduction of the surveillance procedure actually means the first stage of bankruptcy. They estimate investments in such a project at 25-30 billion rubles, and the proceeds from the sale of apartments at 50-55 billion rubles.
The publication explained that by October 2022, the amount of Rosselkhozbank's requirements for MTZ Rubin is 13.5 billion rubles. Consultants interviewed by Vedomosti believe that the sale of the shopping complex will not cover this debt. According to them, the market value of Gorbushky Dvor may amount to 9-11 billion rubles.[1]
