Moscow Heat Distribution Company - one of the largest energy companies in the market of transport of thermal energy of the Russian Federation. The power generating system of the company is technology integral part of a power generating system of JSC Mosenergo and housing and communal services of Moscow. Full name — JSC Moscow Heat Distribution Company. The headquarters — in Moscow.
In Moscow the unique system of the central heat supply considering climatic conditions and the sizes of the megalopolis works. It arose in 1928 when in Moscow the first thermal networks were laid. In a year through a capital heating system about 66 million Gcal of thermal energy for supply over 55 thousand buildings, including 873 industrial enterprises are distributed. Moscow - the coldest of the European capitals therefore the existing centralized system of heat supply is for it optimal.
Activity
Priority activities of JSC Moscow Heat Distribution Company are providing qualitative and uninterrupted heat supply of consumers of Moscow. The company also intends to expand the network in some new suburbs of the capital.
The main type of laying making more than 44% of the total length of thermal networks, the chanceless channel. The fundamental production unit is the operational area which services the 100-300th thermal networks. Each area, as a rule, is based on thermal networks of one heatsource. In total such areas in Moscow 12 and 1 area in Orekhovo-Zuyevo. The personnel of the area control the hydraulic and temperature modes of networks, manage operation of pump stations, perform operational and corrective maintenance of thermal networks, control work of thermal consumers. Control of thermal networks is exercised by the dispatching service organized by the two-level principle - central and district dispatcher stations.
Performance measures
Extent of the thermal networks in two-pipe calculation which are on balance for 1/1/2012 was 2450.87 km including water 2432.133 km and steam 18.731 km, the average diameter of pipelines of 564 mm. At the same time the extent of pipelines with a diameter of 400 mm also more is 1696.125 km, including mm Ø1000 - 165.865 km., mm Ø1200 - 189.01 km and Ø1400 - 95.474 km.
The dispatching service performs the following functions:
- exercises operational management of work of thermal networks;
- sets the thermal and hydraulic modes of the systems of heat supply;
- directs accident elimination and damages to thermal networks;
- participates in drawing up repair work and tests of thermal networks.
Under control of dispatching service there are trunk pipelines, steam lines and condensate lines, the pumping pumping-over stations.
Heating installations of sources of heat and through district dispatcher stations – all thermal points of consumers receiving thermal energy from thermal networks of JSC Moscow Heat Distribution Company are under operational authority of dispatching service.
Structure
For ensuring normal work of areas at the enterprise special divisions are created:
- ERM (emergency repair management);
- service of pump stations;
- service of automatic equipment, telemechanics and communication;
- service of motor transport and mechanization;
- mechanical repair shop;
- technical, economic, supplying departments, etc. services of the enterprise;
- production laboratory.
For liquidation of damages of pipelines in the shortest possible time as a part of Emergency repair management of JSC Moscow Heat Distribution Company 8 daily allowance of the abnormal and recovery crews which are in pairs performing the round-the-clock watch are organized. Abnormal and recovery crews are equipped with vehicles for transportation of repair crews and the necessary equipment, the dump truck and the truck crane, the Tatra excavator, the special mechanism on opening of asphalt concrete coverings, mobile power plant with means for pumping of hot water, welding installations.
For improvement of work of control links in areas of thermal networks the automated systems of supervisory control (ASSC) representing the complexes of telemechanics and ADP equipment giving the chance of the centralized receiving and information processing about parameters of network water, an output of this information to a display screen, start-up, a stop and regulation of the equipment on pump stations are implemented.
All the pumping pumping-over stations of a telemekhanizirovana also work without operational personnel. Turning on of pumps, regulation of their loading, flux profile of the heat carrier between pumps is conducted with a district dispatcher station.
For the purpose of reliability augmentation and profitability of work PPOS (pumping pumping-over stations) partial, and if necessary complete, reconstruction of pump stations, an overhaul of the equipment is annually carried out.
At reconstruction of pump stations the main fundamental issues are resolved:
- Reliability augmentation with replacement physically and morally worn-out equipment;
- The maximum approach of characteristics of the installed pumps and hydraulic characteristic of network taking into account perspective loadings and emergency operation;
- Implementation of the new systems of regulation of capacity of pump stations using units with variable rotating speed;
- Implementation of security circuits from elevated pressure in the return trunk at a sudden stop of the pump station;
- Application of schemes of automatic control of pumping units based on local microprocessors.
Work on implementation of the progressive technologies allowing to increase considerably durability of thermal networks, to increase their reliability at simultaneous increase in profitability of transport of heat is systematically carried out to JSC Moscow Heat Distribution Company.
