2013: The credit of $390 million in VTB
In July, 2014 VTB opened a seven-year credit line on 390 million dollars (13.1 billion rubles at the rate of the Central Bank) told the Mospromstroy company entering into the BIN group Mikayla Shishkhanova and Gutseriev' families RBC the source close to the transaction[1].
The press service of VTB confirmed that such credit is issued: it will go for support and development of hotel business of Mospromstroy and also for refinancing of the credit of other bank.
On the credit the fixed rate in 6.54% per annum is set, told RBC the source familiar with the transaction. The bank received as a deposit three Moscow hotels Marriott and two hotels under the name of Holiday Inn, the interlocutor claims. VTB did not comment on this information.
It is about Marriott Royal Aurora hotels (230 numbers), "Marriott Tver" (162 numbers), Marriott Grand Hotel (390 numbers), "Holiday Inn Forest" (301 numbers) and Sushchevsky Holiday (310 numbers). The market value of hotels under the name of Holiday Inn varies within 250-300 thousand dollars for number, Marriott hotels can cost 600 thousand dollars for number, the associate director on development of hospitality industry of CBRE Stanislav Ivashkevich told. So the market value of all five hotels is in limits of 604-634 million dollars.
On April 30, 2013 the Board of Directors of Mospromstroy Ltd (the head company of the Mospromstroy group) approved the guarantee agreement between society and JSC VTB Bank, follows from the documents of Mospromstroy placed on the server of disclosure of information. The guarantee is approved "in ensuring obligation fulfillment" Cyprus company of Wardsley Comnet Limited according to the loan agreement from VTB. Slightly earlier - on April 25 - it was recommended to determine the property price, "alienation of which is possible according to the guarantee agreement" between VTB and Mospromstroy Ltd. The source of RBC familiar with the transaction specified that on Wardsley Comnet Limited the hotel real estate of Mospromstroy which turned into pledge of VTB is issued.
