2013: Entry into the structure of Sukhoi company
In 2013 the enterprise finally was a part of the Sukhoi holding company. In January, 2013 JSC Sukhoi Company completed all stages of reorganization in the form of accession of three subsidiaries – JSC Sukhoi Design Bureau, JSC KNAAPO im. Yu. A. Gagarina and JSC NAPO im. V. P. Chkalova.
The "NAPO of V.P. Chkalov" plant was included into structure of uniform legal entity as branch of the company and received the name — the Novosibirsk aircraft factory of V.P. Chkalov.
