2025: Revenue growth of 9% to ₽27,3 billion
The Nartis company received revenue of ₽27,3 billion at the end of 2025. The indicator increased by 9% compared to 2024. This was reported by the press service of the National Energy Company.
The plant produced over 2.1 million units of products. The volume of production increased by 17%. The company has strengthened its position in the market of intelligent metering devices and charging infrastructure.

The company continued to develop its product line. Specialists produced experimental batches of the new electricity metering device "Nartis-I300-W132-2." Its peculiarity is the built-in monitoring of network quality parameters. The use of meters of this type allows you to ensure the safety of electrical equipment and prevent accidents. Serial production starts in 2026.
Nartis has expanded its line of electric charging stations. Together with the scientific and technical center "NEK.TECH" developed new models for public and private transport. Stations are installed in 16 regions of the country in the parking lots of hotels, supermarkets and business centers.
Headcount rose by 22% to reach 992. The company creates high-tech jobs that require high qualifications.
General Director of Nartis Oleg Vladimirov noted that the high performance of 2025 is the result of the work of the team and the support of the shareholder. In 2026, the company plans to further localize components and launch new production lines. There are also plans to expand the presence of charging stations for electric transport in the segment.
2024: Revenue growth by 44.4% to RUB 3.5 billion
At the end of 2024, the largest manufacturer of smart electric meters in Russia, Zavod Nartis, received revenue of 25.05 billion rubles. This is 44.4% more than in the previous year, when the figure was 17.35 billion rubles. Such data are reflected in the financial documentation, which TAdviser reviewed at the end of July 2025.
The cost of sales on an annualized basis rose by 22.6% - from 10.33 billion rubles to 12.66 billion rubles. Commercial expenses increased by about one and a half times - from 107.99 million rubles to 160.06 million rubles. Management expenses amounted to 313.83 million rubles, which is 57.6% more compared to 2023 (199.17 million rubles). Other revenues soared more than seven times - from 251 million rubles to 1.8 billion rubles. Other expenses increased by 554.1% - from 384.92 million rubles to 2.52 billion rubles.
Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services jumped by 75.2% - from 14.99 billion rubles to 26.26 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased by 17.6%, amounting to 17.78 billion rubles against 15.12 billion rubles in 2023. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers rose from 467.37 million rubles to 762.14 million rubles, that is, by 63.1%.
In 2024, Nartis Plant recorded a gross profit of 12.38 billion rubles: this is 76.3% more than in 2023, when it was 7.02 billion rubles. Profit from sales jumped by 77.3% - from 6.72 billion rubles to 11.91 billion rubles. The company received 10.92 billion rubles of net profit - plus 71.6% compared to 2023 (6.36 billion rubles).
Accounts receivable as of December 31, 2024 amounted to 10.43 billion rubles against 5.56 billion rubles a year earlier (plus 87.6%). Accounts payable increased almost sixfold - from 1.21 billion rubles to 7.01 billion rubles.[1]

Opening of smart electric meters in Cherepovets for ₽2,1 billion
On October 8, 2025, the Nartis plant, part of the NEK group, opened the second production building in Cherepovets with an area of 6.6 thousand square meters. m Investments in the project amounted to ₽2,1 billion. Chairman of the Government of the Vologda Region Alexander Mordvinov noted that the Vologda Region ranks fourth in Russia in terms of growth in investment in fixed assets. In 2024, a record ₽1,4 billion was allocated to the industry. According to him, the opening of the new production building of the Nartis plant is a landmark event not only for the Vologda region, but also for Russia as a whole. Alexander Mordvinov stressed that the launch of new lines will increase the percentage of localization of the domestic high-tech metering device and will provide even more consumers with modern and high-quality electricity meters.
Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Vasily Shpak said that the NEC group and the Nartis plant make a significant contribution to the development of Russian electronics. According to him, an extensive range of devices has been mastered in a short time, work is underway to create its own component base, including analog-digital converters and magnetic field sensors. Vasily Shpak noted that the company has ambitious plans to expand production, including the construction of a printed circuit board plant and the development of new types of products. The Deputy Minister stressed that the Vologda Oblast is rapidly becoming one of the leaders of the Russian electronic industry.[2]
Construction of a factory for the production of printed circuit boards for servers and telecom equipment in the Vologda Oblast for ₽5 billion
A factory for the production of printed circuit boards with an investment of ₽5 billion will be built in the Vologda region. The company will be located in the Vologda special economic zone and will specialize in the production of printed circuit boards for high-performance computing systems, server equipment and telecommunications equipment. Preparations for construction will begin in the fall of 2025. This became known in July 2025.
According to RIA Novosti, the corresponding agreement between the government of the Vologda region and the National Energy Company was signed by Governor Georgy Filimonov and Chairman of the Board of Directors Dmitry Filatov. The investment project in the region is being implemented by LUCH LLC with the participation of NARTIS Plant LLC - both companies are part of the NEK industrial group.
In theGovernor Georgy Filimonov noted that the construction of a new plant on the territory of the Vologda special economic zone has great potential and is of strategic importance for the development of the domestic electronics industry. Georgy Filimonov stressed that the project will localize the production of one of the key components for the Russian electronic industry - printed circuit boards.
It is planned to create a modern enterprise with a full production cycle, which will be able to produce 10-15 thousand square meters of printed circuit boards every month. The new production will be equipped with modern equipment and technologies that meet international quality standards.
The plant plans to produce printed circuit boards of the fourth class in accordance with GOST 53429-2009. Such boards are used in high-performance computing systems, server equipment, telecommunications and medical diagnostic equipment, as well as other specialized equipment.[3]
