NKS Technologies LLC was established in April 2022 by Alexei Bondarev, who holds the post of general director of the company. The authorized capital is 10 thousand rubles. The main area of ​ ​ activity is the development of computer software. In addition, NKS Technologies can deal with the management of computer equipment, data processing, the provision of information placement services, work in the field of computer technology, as well as other activities related to the use of computer equipment and information technology.

The website of NKS Technologies LLC says that the company's products provide the ability to sell tickets directly on the organizer's Internet site, work in a "single field" with issuing and receiving tickets through gateways, integration with 1C and cash register equipment, 24/7 sales control, confidentiality and operation of additional sales incentive services. The company offers a hall diagram editor - specialized software designed to create and modify interactive hall diagrams that the organizer uses to manage ticket information of his events. Customers include "Russia's leading ticketing operations platform."

The representative of VK confirmed the acquisition of a stake in NKS Technologies LLC. It is said that VK plans to use this development team in its own projects (which ones are not specified). After the transaction, the remaining 80% in the structure of NKS Technologies LLC is at the disposal of Bondarev.^[1]
