2016

Beginning of new development of the Narkhoz University, time of unprecedented changes and ambitious plans.

The university implemented the development strategy according to which in the next years Narkhoz will become the best and innovation economic university of Central Asia. The most advanced innovation techniques and international quality standards are implemented into process of training.

Carefully storing history and traditions, the university is aimed at future achievements and continues to execute the high mission - to train leaders of communities, the nation and the world through high-quality education and researches.

2010

On September 17 KAZEU of T. Ryskulov signed the Great charter of the universities that gave rise to program implementation of the academic mobility.

2008

based on the university Business the School (IBS) which is engaged in the innovation business projects, business researches and training according to the MBA programs is founded International. Same year at the university the direction of electronic distance learning appeared.

1990 - 2015

The period of reforms in the university renamed into Kazakh Economic the University of T. Ryskulov (KAZEU).

Economic and political reforms in the country and also upgrade of a system of training for sovereign Kazakhstan could not but affect work of university. These years the university came to new ways of the organization of training and scientific research, intensively developed the international academic and scientific cooperation, increased the material technical base.

1963 - 1990

Period of the basis and the first development of university, Almaty institute of the national economy (AINH).

At first future largest university of the country had modest material resources: one two-storeyed academic building and small hostel. The number of persons interested to get an education at institute many times exceeded the number of places. But, thanking efforts to enthusiasm of staff of institute, in 1967 the institute became the winner in the All-Union competition for the best job management, life and rest of students. The included years at the disposal of university two capacious academic buildings and two hostels appeared.

1963: Creation of the company

The Narkhoz university was founded in 1963, during an era of grandiose plans, large-scale reforms and big achievements. Podstat time, progress of the university was prompt - from the basis before all-Union recognition there passed some years.

In the history of Narkhoz's formation all process of origin and development of a system of the higher economic education of Kazakhstan is monitored. The university became the Alma Mater for several generations of successful economists, financiers, managers and businessmen.
