The company was created in 2018 and registered in the city of Maykop (Adygea).

According to Interfax, the Organic Market organization owned by Bachin acquired a 66.6% stake in NKD. The remaining 33.3% as of mid-January 2024 belongs to Miracle LLC. Organic Market says the company is "interested in investing in the cable car business."
