The National PPP Center is a competence center in the field of public-private partnership.
The National PPP Center was established in 2009 to help attract private investment, effective management decisions and technologies in public infrastructure development projects. The National PPP Center is recognized by the World Bank as the official PPP development institute in Russia. The Center interacts with almost all constituent entities of the Russian Federation, assists in the selection and examination of promising projects, trains project teams and conducts business events in Russia on infrastructure development.
History
2022: Launch of an accelerator of IT projects together with the Skolkovo Foundation and RFRIT
RFRIT, the Skolkovo Foundation and the National PPP Center on September 16, 2022 announced the launch of an IT accelerator designed to increase the number of PPP projects in the field of information technology and increase the efficiency of their implementation. The creation of the program is provided for by a cooperation agreement concluded by RFRIT, the Skolkovo Foundation and the National PPP Center.
The accelerator for the selection and preparation of such initiatives was launched on the basis of the Rosinfra platform, operated by the National PPP Center. Read more here.
2020: Agreement with Simetra regarding transport risk analysis and transport modelling
SIMETRA and the National PPP Center, a competence center in the field of public-private partnership, have entered into a strategic partnership agreement. SIMETRA became a partner of the National PPP Center in terms of transport risk analysis and transport modeling. This became known on September 30, 2020. Read more here.
