National association of institutes of state procurements (NAIZ)

The National Association of Procurement Institutions (NAPI) is founded at the beginning of 2012 by the All-Russian public organization "Business Russia" and Ekspert media holding. The association is urged to promote open dialog between business and the state for creation and development of the effective sphere of purchases.

NAIZ is the non-profit organization integrating the infrastructure, expert, trade, state and non-state organizations in the field of corporate, public and municipal procurements.

Priorities of NAIZ:

• Representation of interests of the organizations and specialists working in the field of purchases.
• Distribution of best practices of procurement management, advanced technologies of the organization of purchases.
• Public examination and monitoring of legal acts and other legal projects and also business processes in the field of purchases.
• Participation in development of laws and bylaws.
• Development of information and methodical infrastructure of the sphere of purchases.
• Professionalizing of the sphere of purchases. Improvement of a training system of the personnel.
• Cooperation with the foreign organizations in the field of trade purchasing activity. Studying and distribution of the best world experience.

Creation of NAIZ was supported:

• Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation,
• Accounts Chamber of the Russian federation,
• Federal Tariff Service of Russia,
• Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation,
• domestic customers, electronic marketplaces.

On the platform NAIZ modern legal, infrastructure and organizational solutions on development of the sphere of purchases, clear and separated by purchasing community are developed. Are sure, together we will be able to advance and consistently to advocate the interests of business.
