2017: The bank is attached to Forbank
In September, 2017 the Central Bank of the Russian Federation announced the beginning of reorganization of the Moscow JSC Forbank by accession to it of the Altai JSC National Land Industrial Bank. In the middle of September NZPB general shareholder meeting unanimously voted for accession to Forbank.
By the end of July, 2017 large auctioneers of NZPB sold share blocks:
- Research and Production Concern Altai Ltd — 35.19%,
- Istochnik plus Ltd — 11.12%,
- the Biyskfiztekh scientific and production enterprise — 6.04%,
- Lyubov Zharkova — 17.8%,
- Yury Lobykin — 9.8%.
For September, 2017 the Altai bank is under control of owners and top managers of Forbank. 89.67% of authorized capital are the share of them. As it appears from the official documentation, shareholders of Forbank Sergey Korolyov (chairman of the board of directors), Stanislav Baranov (chairman of the board), Yury Bobrovsky (board member), Alexander Zaytsev, Sergey Kuznetsov, Igor Kosolapov, Timur Batkin and Elena Kanunnikova own on 9.97% of stocks in authorized capital of the joint-stock company "National land industrial bank, also the adviser to the chairman of the board for legal issues Yulia Sinyavskaya possesses another 9.91%[1].
Both banks are founded in Altai Krai: The national land industrial bank — in 1994 in Biysk, Forbank — in 1992 in Barnaul, but three years ago after change of a shareholding structure Forbank changed a place of registration from Barnaul to Moscow. NZPB — monooffice regional bank focused on service of corporate clients. According to "Банки.ру", NZPB took the second place by the amount of net profit among regional banks of Altai Krai at this time. By August, 2017 it made 26.1 million rubles while the net profit of Altaykapitalbank LLC — 36.8 million rubles.
