2025: Discovery

On the territory of the international airport "Ufa" named after Mustai Karim, the grand opening of the hotel complex "Neboart" took place. The facility includes 150 rooms of various categories and operates under the international brand Ibis Styles. The opening ceremony was attended by the head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. This was reported on July 16, 2025.

According to the press service of the Ufa International Airport, the technical opening of the hotel took place on June 30, 2025. The room stock is represented by rooms from the standard to the luxury category. Hotel occupancy since the start of work has reached 60%.

The head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov emphasized the importance of the project for the development of the transport infrastructure of the region. He noted that the airport serves almost 5 million passengers annually and is one of the best regional airports in Russia. The head of the region called the hotel complex a priority investment project of the republic, receiving the necessary measures of state support.

General Director of UIA JSC Alexander Andreev described the new facility as a transformation of a weak infrastructure link into a competitive advantage. He expressed confidence that management would justify the chosen name, where the "art" component symbolizes the art of hotel management.

The hotel complex provides accommodation services for both passengers and air crews. Cooperation agreements have been concluded with more than twenty airlines. The hotel services are used by crews and passengers of Aeroflot and UTair airlines.

The hotel's infrastructure includes a restaurant and lobby bar for catering for guests. For business events, a conference room and a VIP room are equipped. Guests can use the fitness room and Finnish sauna.

The hotel is undergoing a four-star classification process. The facility is presented on all online booking platforms and is available for reservation of rooms by everyone.^[1]
