History

2025: RusGazDobycha bought HMS Neftemash

On August 20, 2025, it became known that RusGazDobycha (part of the National Gas Group) was buying HMS Neftemash JSC and Hydromashservice JSC. The last two companies were part of the HMS Group (one of the largest manufacturers of pumping and compressor equipment for the oil and gas complex in Russia and the CIS), which, in turn, belongs to HMS Holding JSC (its parent company was Cyprus H.M.S. Technologies Limited). The enterprises included in their structure, including HMS Neftemash and Hydromashservice, were transferred to temporary management in December 2024.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree allowing the sale of shares in HMS Neftemash JSC and Hydromashservice JSC to RusGazDobycha.
