History
2025: RusGazDobycha bought HMS Neftemash
On August 20, 2025, it became known that RusGazDobycha (part of the National Gas Group) was buying HMS Neftemash JSC and Hydromashservice JSC. The last two companies were part of the HMS Group (one of the largest manufacturers of pumping and compressor equipment for the oil and gas complex in Russia and the CIS), which, in turn, belongs to HMS Holding JSC (its parent company was Cyprus H.M.S. Technologies Limited). The enterprises included in their structure, including HMS Neftemash and Hydromashservice, were transferred to temporary management in December 2024.
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree allowing the sale of shares in HMS Neftemash JSC and Hydromashservice JSC to RusGazDobycha.
{{quote 'Allow the joint-stock company RusGazDobycha and/or the person under its control to perform transactions on acquisition: a) 2,796,591 ordinary shares and 2,571,200 preferred shares of joint stock company HMS Neftemash; b) 3 thousand ordinary shares and 170 preferred shares of Hydromashservice joint-stock company, the document says, excerpts from which are provided by RBC.}}

As indicated on the Hydromashservice website, the company specializes in complex supplies of pumping, compressor and modular technological equipment for enterprises of the oil and gas complex, water supply and drainage, nuclear and thermal power, mining and metallurgy, shipbuilding and other industries.[1]
