As a result of all-house the counter recorded the "excess" electric power for the total amount of 4.5 million rubles.

According to Kommersant, the farm belonged to the chairman of the managing director of the house of Sosedi Condominium. Owners of apartments when received accounts for the electric power on 130 thousand rubles everyone helped to detect an illegal object.

The Kraskom company intends to recover a debt for electricity in 4.5 million rubles from Sosedi Condominium as legal entity. The corresponding claim will be submitted to arbitration court on November 5^[1].
