Nest Lab

Nest Lab proposes the solution which allows to increase considerably oil production on traditional fields. Increase can reach 70% of the existing indicators. The efficiency is provided by the program robot which considers features of each well and independently develops suggestions for improvement of a system of development.

The Nest Lab robot not only carries out the analysis of Big Data – all data on the history of mining, but also creates intermediate databases with information on individual regulations for each well during different time frames. As a result geologists and developers receive more exact and timely solutions, such as layer hydraulic fracturing, drilling of new trunks, change of parameters of a system of flooding, salt and acid processing, etc.

The Nest Lab robot analyzes data from the sensors which are already installed in the well and does not demand the additional hardware therefore the solution of the company is distinguished by simplicity and speed of implementation. At the same time the program robot is capable to self-training: the more fields it is connected, the more precisely there are its recommendations.

For 4 years of tests on real production and improvements of algorithms, the robotic software package showed the efficiency - the gain of daily production reached 70% (production annually decreased to tests) on 3 fields of the small oil company. Nest passes pilot tests on a number of fields of the enterprises of Western Siberia and the Volga region with the general fund about 1200 wells, showing 50% expense reduction potential on inefficient (low effective) actions on wells. Considering the fact that traditional oil fields are gradually exhausted, and mastering of the Arctic shelf, hardly removable hydrocarbons and remote fields are very capital-intensive, Nest Lab proposes the solution for increase in oil recovery already today on mature fields which is capable to give the second life to the existing resource base.
