Netwrix Corporation is the international company founded in 2006, specializing in development, implementation and support of the software for effective management of IT resources. The software of Netwrix helps to automate processes of management of corporate IT infrastructure and to solve a set of problems.

In spite of the fact that the headquarters of the company is in California (USA), the development center and maintenances of customers is located in St. Petersburg (Russia). It allows to perform technical support of clients in two languages (English and Russian), providing the most operational solution of any tasks.

Netwrix helps to solve problems of control and security of IT infrastructure using the simple, reliable and effective products which are not requiring big time expenditure on implementation and setup and not making negative impact on the existing IT-system. The main solutions of producer are directed to audit of changes of infrastructure – the Active Directory, group the politician, Exchange, file servers, SharePoint, SQL Server, VMware.

• Netwrix Active Directory Change Reporter is the tool for audit of service Active Directory. The program fixes values before change, providing information on the one WHO THAT WHEN also GDE changed;
• NetWrix Change Reporter Suite is integrated solution for the automated tracking and the notification about any critical changes of all IT infrastructure; programs of a packet provide preparation of reports, convenient for perception, with the complete information on each separate change taking place in the organization; –
• NetWrix Identity Management is integrated solution for management of identification data.

The partner network of Netwrix integrates thousands of the companies worldwide: resellers, MSP partners, distributors and technology partners, such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, VMware, EMC and NetApp.

Performance Indicators

• For 2007-2011 annual revenue grew by 10 times.
• In 2011 the company received revenue exceeding all income for the previous 4th years of its existence, including both sale of new licenses, and income from maintenance of a programs runtime
• In the second half of 2011 revenue of the company increased by 115% in comparison with the same period in 2010. If to compare the second half of 2010 and 2009, then for this period revenue increased only by 85%
• The steady profitability allows the company grow in all directions: technology innovations, product management, marketing, sales, user support and expansion of geography of presence of the company. The company became twice more, new employees in services of researches and development (R&D), marketing, sales and user support appeared.

History

2017: Financing on development from Updata Partners

One of the largest investment companies of the USA - Updata Partners – begins financing of Netwrix Corporation. The supplementary capital will allow Netwrix to be focused on software development and to strengthen the positions in the market of cybersecurity of audit. Updata Partners will be engaged in scaling of business and business process optimization, it will allow Netwrix to concentrate on development of the product and to win the new markets.

2011

The key moments in product development:

• Due to the change of product policy of the company - Netwrix Change Reporter is renamed into Netwrix Auditor. Changes in functionality of a product are expected by the fall of 2013.
• The leader of the company – the Netwrix Change Reporter Suite software package – received updating of all main and adding of two new modules
• The 7th version of the Netwrix Active Directory Change Reporter program with functions of notifications in real time and report generation about structure of the Active Directory (snapshot-reports) was released
• Management Packs for the programs entering into Change Reporter Suite allowing to be integrated with Microsoft SCOM and other SEIM systems were released

The Netwrix company opened sales office in Russia, 3 new offices in the USA – in Massachusetts, South California and Florida – and one in Great Britain. Expansion of geography of work is the one more ambitious course on gain of presence of the company at global and regional scale. In 2012 among priorities of the company there are such countries as Brazil, Germany and France.

The Netwrix Corporation company confirmed the status Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, was accepted in Microsoft System Center Alliance and joined the affiliate program of VMware Technology Alliance.
