In an administrative and business zone the administrative business center with exhibition complex is located. The territory is completely provided with objects of engineering and road infrastructure.

In the customs zone construction of the administrative building of customs, barrier of perimeter of section, construction of the engineering systems and constructions for implementation of customs control, arrangement of pukt of the admission is planned for the territory.

In the territory of the Neudorf SEZ all land plots are leased for project implementation of the resident companies.
