Northwest Concession Company (NCC)

The "Northwest Concession Company" limited liability company is the specialized company which performed construction and will operate further on a paid basis head section of 15-58 km of the high-speed highway Moscow-St. Petersburg. Shareholders of SZKK LLC are the first European operator company in the field of road infrastructure of VINCI Concessions and the transport and infrastructure MOSTOTREST group, largest in Russia.

The concessionary agreement about financing, construction and operation on a paid basis of the high-speed highway Moscow-St. Petersburg on section of 15-58 km was signed between Federal Road Agency of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and Northwest Concession Company LLC in 2009. The duration of the agreement – 31 years then the road returns under government. The mode of paid journey compensates construction expenses, routine maintenance and providing high-quality service to users.

Within the agreement of SZKK LLC performed construction of section of the new high-speed road of the highest category I-and. Extent of the road was 43 km.

Within an object 2 traffic intersections, 39 artificial constructions (bridges and overpasses), including the three-flying bridge through the Moscow Canal 334 m long with the desyatitipolosny movement, 3 underground passages, 1 overpass through the railroad, 5 transitions for animals were built. The route is equipped with bands of an abnormal stop, islands of security, platforms for rest.

The total cost of the project, including construction and service of a credit line, – over 60 billion rubles. At the same time only a third of funds is allocated by the state, the others - investments of shareholders and the borrowed funds raised by the Concessionaire.

Maintenance of the high level of technical condition of section and security and comfort for users are priority activities of SZKK LLC and the operator of section of Objedinennye sistemy sbora platy LLC. Operation and the maintenance of the road for high-quality providing service are round the clock performed by about 300 specialists.
