Industry research laborato the riya of secondary consolidation (ONIL VU) is organized in 1967 for the purpose of development of research researches in the development area of a single automated system of communication. The main scientific activity of laboratory from the very beginning of its basis was development of theoretical bases, software and engineering solutions of devices of transfer of discrete messages on frequency and limited channels with the intersymbol interference in the conditions of high aprioristic uncertainty. The received solutions found application in development of systems and complexes of communication of different function on the basis of use of highly effective transmission methods of data and the speech on canals and highways of transmission systems and physical lines.
