2022: 3x increase in production of Sitall substrates

ONPP "Technology" named after A.G. Romashina almost 3 times increased the production of a key component of film integrated circuits for radioelectronic equipment - sitall substrates. A significant increase in the production of these products will help to overlap the increased needs of the domestic radio-electronic industry in import-substituting products. The company announced this on August 4, 2022.

Sitalls are high-strength materials resulting from bulk crystallization of glass. Sitall substrates are designed for the production of microcircuits and various types of electronics products. It is on such substrates that conductive paths and chip elements are located, therefore their quality directly affects the service life of radioelectronic products.

The main characteristic of sitall substrates is the purity of the working surface. In ONPP Technologiya products, it is of a high degree - Rz-0.024. If necessary, the State Corporation is ready to produce substrates that meet even more stringent requirements for the quality of the working surface. The existing production facilities of the enterprise allow the production of up to 100,000 products per year.

The characteristics of our citallic substrates - surface cleanliness, strength, thermal conductivity and other parameters - exceed the standard requirements. The contracted volume of supplies of our products for the current year confirms the active transition of Russian electronics manufacturers to the domestic element base. In the first half of the year, ONPP Technologiya produced about 20,000 such products. This is more than twice as much as in the same period in 2021. In total, by the end of 2022, we will supply customers with about 75,000 citallic substrates, "said Andrey Silkin, General Director of ONPP Technologiya.

2018: Organization of production of citallic substrates

Serial production of sitall substrates was organized at ONPP Technologiya in 2018. Previously, these products, necessary for enterprises of the radio-electronic, aviation industry, shipbuilding and the military-industrial complex, were supplied from abroad.

2017: Scientific schools "RT-Himkomposit" will acquire official status

Three areas of research activities of the leading production enterprise RT-Himkomposit of the State Scientific Center of ONPP Technologiya named after A.G. Romashin will receive the status of scientific schools. This decision was made at a meeting of the scientific council of the enterprise, which was held with the participation of veterans and young scientists and specialists.

The school "Scientific Foundations for the Creation of High-Strength Heat-Resistant Glasses for Functional and Structural Purposes," founded by Serafim Brekhovsky, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, creator of the scientific and technical direction "Structural Optics," will summarize activities in the field of research and development of technologies for the production of structural optics products.

The second scientific school will solve the problems of increasing the efficiency of the system of research, development and introduction into the production of polymer-composite materials and training personnel for this area. The founder of this scientific direction at ONPP Technologiya was Andrei Savin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, a well-known domestic researcher in the field of polymer and composite materials (PKM), thanks to which the company organized the first in domestic practice production of large-sized, integral, power structures from PKM for aviation and rocket and space technology world-class.

Also, the direction "Structural ceramic materials, structures, manufacturing technologies and ensuring the operability of heat-stressed ceramic products" will be elevated to the rank of a scientific school, which accumulates unique experience and knowledge of the enterprise in the field of creating products from ceramic materials.

At the next meeting, the scientific council of the ONPP "Technology" plans to discuss the issue of giving this school an official status. The founder of the direction is the first general director of the enterprise, Alexander Gavriilovich Romashin. For developments in the field of creating products from ceramic materials, ONPP Technologiya was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.

GOST R ISO 9001-2015

Technology has passed a certification audit for compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of the new national standard GOST R ISO 9001-2015, as well as a number of other inspection inspections that consistently highly appreciate the company's success in controlling production and management processes.

Net profit of ONPP Technologiya amounted to 212.3 million rubles

The volume of production of the leading enterprise of RT-Himkomposit Holding (part of Rostec State Corporation) ONPP Technologiya named after A.G. Romashin in the first half of 2016 increased by 15% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 2.7 billion rubles. A strategically important indicator for the first six months of 2016 was also an increase in the share of civilian products in total revenue by 3.3%.

The increase in the share of civilian products in the first half of 2016 was made possible due to the systematic work of the new management of the enterprise aimed at developing cooperation with leading companies in the civil market. Currently, the management of ONPP Technologiya has reached agreements on cooperation with the United Shipbuilding Corporation and enterprises of the railway industry.

RT-Himcomposit modernizes the organizational structure of the Technologiya enterprise named after A.G. Romashin

In April 2016, the Board of Directors of JSC ONPP Technologiya named after A.G. Romashin holding RT-Himcomposit (part of the structure of the State Corporation Rostec) approved a new organizational structure of the enterprise.

Five management units are identified in the two-level structure: production, scientific, financial and economic, administrative and legal, security. The changes are aimed at improving the efficiency of management in the framework of fulfilling strategic tasks.

As the general director of RT-Himkomposit, chairman of the board of directors of the enterprise Kirill Shubsky noted, this decision was made within the framework of a comprehensive optimization program implemented by the state corporation and is aimed at increasing the efficiency and transparency of management processes. "One of the results was to bring the structure in line with modern management models. A lot of work has been done to streamline and eliminate duplicate functions. In order to organize systemic scientific activity, a link in science and development has been allocated in a separate direction. All these changes should make management transparent, open and understandable, as well as affect the effectiveness and speed of management decisions, "said the head of the holding

At the ONPP "Technologiya" named after A.G. Romashin, first-level managers were appointed. Alexey Budykin has been appointed to the post of First Deputy General Director. In his area of ​ ​ responsibility are personnel, administrative and legal functional areas. Anatoli Khmelnytsky was appointed Deputy General Director for Production Activities, whose competence will include coordination and development of the activities of research and production complexes. Oleg Komissar took the position of Deputy General Director for Science and Development. He will be responsible for the functions of innovative and strategic development, coordinate the activities of the scientific and technical council and the council of young scientists and specialists. Maxim Volkov has been appointed to the post of Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance, who, in addition to financial and economic issues, will oversee capital construction and commercial activities. Mikhail Voroshilin has been approved as Deputy General Director for Security, whose competence will include not only security issues, but also issues of the development and implementation of information technologies.
