2022: Criminal case for failure to meet the deadlines for the construction of an oncological dispensary
As it became known on October 6, 2022, the management of the Oblstroyzakazchik company will appear in a criminal case to disrupt the construction of the Tomsk surgical building of the regional oncological dispensary. On behalf of the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, the head of the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Tomsk Region Dmitry Assonov has already been brought to administrative responsibility.
This is reported by TASS with reference to the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Dmitry Demeshin. Those responsible for the construction of an oncology dispensary in Tomsk are accused of negligence and embezzlement of money.
The surgical building of the Tomsk Regional Oncology Center was planned to be commissioned in December 2021. Then the dates were postponed until July 2022. For their failure, the contractor was fined 13.5 million rubles. The last term was October 2022, but then moved to the end of 2022.
The leadership of this state unitary enterprise "Oblstroyzakazchik" will be held there by subjects of criminal prosecution. I think that before the prosecution is brought by the investigation, it will be inappropriate to name the names, but with all the demand for negligence, the demand for deliberate actions will be both from the controllers, that is, from the construction department and from Oblstroyzakazchik, to which absolutely justified questions arise, Dmitry Demeshin noted. |
Earlier, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation reported that the reasons for the failure of the deadlines were shortcomings in the organization of work, unfair performance of official duties by employees of the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Tomsk Region and the contractor (OGKU Oblstroyzakazchik), as well as the lack of proper control of the Deputy Governor of the Tomsk Region, overseeing construction issues.
The surgical building of the oncology dispensary is being built according to the national project "Healthcare." A nine-story facility worth almost four billion rubles will accommodate a hospital with 120 beds and a polyclinic department with a capacity of 200 visits per shift. The main cost of the project is unique medical and special equipment.[1]
