Operation and maintenance of buildings of the Saratov region

The objectives of the State Institution of the Saratov Region "Operation and Maintenance of Buildings" are (as of 2021):

• logistical support for the activities of the Governor of the region, the Government of the region, other state authorities of the region and state bodies of the region that do not have accounts of recipients of budget funds;
• logistical support for the activities held by the Governor of the region, as well as meetings, conferences and other special events held by the Government of the region;
• organization of economic and technical maintenance of real estate objects included in the complexes of buildings and structures of state authorities of the region, including mobilization, organization of their protection, observance of fire safety rules, organization of capital and ongoing repair work, maintenance of premises, equipment and adjacent territory in proper condition;
• Exercise of the rights and duties of the developer of the specialized public housing stock in the area under the operational management of the Institution.
