2021: Opening of an ophthalmic clinic in Chelyabinsk for 0.5 billion rubles

In March 2021, a private ophthalmology clinic with a hospital was opened in Chelyabinsk. About 0.5 billion rubles were invested in it.

A 6-story specialized medical center with an area of ​ ​ about 6 thousand square meters. m opened a network of clinics and salons "Optical Center." The institution includes a diagnostic department, four operating rooms, hospitals, a training room for future ophthalmology specialists and a profile museum. A separate block was allocated for the children's department.

The medical center will accept compulsory medical insurance, in 2021 the volume of medical care will be 1,180 operations. The commission developing the regional territorial programs of the compulsory medical insurance allocated the center 730 day inpatient hospitalizations, 450 round-the-clock hospitalizations and 7,080 times of outpatient medical care. Clinic specialists can perform up to 200 diagnostic examinations and 50 operations per day.

In fact, this new clinic allows you to close all issues in the Chelyabinsk region, all tasks for providing ophthalmic care. If earlier, it is not a secret, many residents of our region traveled to neighboring regions to receive these services, today they are fully and qualitatively available here. This is the main task that was set. I thank the management, the owners of the clinic for the fact that such a base appeared in Chelyabinsk, "said the governor of the Chelyabinsk region Alexei Texler, who personally visited the new clinic of the Optic Center company.

Earlier, the Optik-Center network was represented in Chelyabinsk by a two-story clinic and four diagnostic centers, as well as several optics salons.  The company is also represented in cities such as Kopeisk, Ozyorsk and Magnitogorsk.  By March 2021, Optic Center has  23 optics salons, 5 ophthalmic clinics and 1 surgical center.^[1]
