2023: Launch of a training program in conjunction with Simpreal

Simpreal is strengthening cooperation with educational institutions in the field of training for the mining industry. Joint curricula will help students strengthen theoretical knowledge with practical skills, and industries to solve the problem of lack of workers. The company announced this on September 13, 2023.

In the fall of 2023, the company launched a joint training program with the Novoorsk branch of the A.I. Stetsenko Orsk Technical College. The educational institution is located in the city of Novoorsk, Orenburg Region: the Simpreal production site is also located here. The emphasis in the program is on the practical component. Students combine the study of theory in a technical school with industrial practice on the basis of the enterprise.
