OAO Orsknefteorgsintez is an oil refinery with an installed capacity of more than 6.6 million tons per year. The plant produces high-quality, competitive products: gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, bitumen, fuel oil.

Performance indicators

2024: Revenue growth by 5.9% to RUB 24.2 billion

In 2024, PJSC Orsknefteorgsintez received 5.5 billion rubles of net loss, which is 2.7 times less than a year earlier. The company's revenue increased by 5.9% to 24.2 billion rubles. Such data in March 2025 are given in the company's financial statements. The refinery made a profit from sales of 6.1 billion rubles, but the negative balance of other expenses and income from exchange rate differences in the amount of 11.47 billion rubles and interest payments (5 billion rubles) led to the formation of a pre-tax loss.[1]

History

On September 14, 2000, the Orsk Oil Refinery became part of the Tyumen Oil Company.

On September 1, 2003, all enterprises of the Tyumen Oil Company became part of the new united Russian-British company TNK-BP - the third largest oil and gas company in Russia.

On December 22, 2005, OAO Orsknefteorgsintez became part of the vertically integrated oil holding RussNeft, which is one of the ten largest oil and gas companies in Russia.

In July 2011, Orsk Refinery left the structure of NK RussNeft.

As of November 18, 2013, the main partner of OAO Orsknefteorgsintez is CJSC ForteInvest. The company supplies raw materials to the Orsk refinery and sells a wide range of oil products of the enterprise both on the Russian market and in the countries of near and far abroad.

ONOS is a city-forming enterprise, tax deductions of which make up a significant part of the city budget.
