2021: Opening the center

In early October 2021, the Mother and Child group of companies announced the opening of the Center for Outpatient Oncological Care in Mozhaisk. He worked on the basis of the Mozhaisk Central District Hospital. 

According to the press service of the Mother and Child group, this is  the second Center for outpatient oncological care for the medical network - the first such facility was launched in the Lapino-2 clinical hospital in the first quarter of 2021.

The center of outpatient oncological care in Mozhaisk has an area of ​ ​ 450 square meters. m It ensures the verification of the diagnosis and referral to the treatment of patients with cancer. The center has offices of a doctor - oncologist, functional diagnostics, ultrasound, endoscopy (gastroscopy, colonoscopy), radiation diagnostics, procedural, if necessary, patients are sent to a day hospital for effective drug antitumor therapy. 

Investments in this project amounted to 60 million rubles. It is assumed that each day the center will be able to serve 60 patients. Admission is carried out only under the compulsory health insurance program (compulsory medical insurance).

We continue to expand our medical network in the dynamically developing region of Russia - the Moscow region and emphasize the development of the direction of "oncology,"  says Mark Kurzer, general director of Mother and Child Group of Companies. - Having opened a center in Mozhaisk, we provide access to high-tech oncological care to residents of one of the districts of the far Moscow region. After consultation with our doctors in Mozhaisk, patients can be referred for further examination or surgical treatment at the Lapino KG, which also provides drug antitumor therapy or, if necessary, surgical treatment at a high professional level.[1]
