2026: Launch of a new ketchup and mayonnaise plant in the Moscow region for 1.5 billion rubles
The PK Pechagin company put into operation a new plant for the production of ketchups, mayonnaise and sauces in the village of Mikhnevo, Stupino city district. The volume of investments in the project exceeded 1.5 billion rubles, 200 jobs were created. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region on March 12, 2026.
The construction of the plant was carried out from August 2022 as part of the expansion of production under the import substitution program. The implementation of the investment project was made possible thanks to the participation of PK Pechagin in the regional program "Earth for 1 ruble," according to which the government of the Moscow region provided a land plot of 3 hectares.
The production complex with an area of 14 thousand square meters. m includes a building, a boiler room, a pumping station, an energy substation, a control room, water supply and modular treatment facilities, as well as in-plant transport, access roads, loading and unloading sites. The design capacity of the enterprise is 48 thousand tons of products per year.
The ministry noted that the implementation of the project contributes to strengthening the position of the Moscow region as one of the leading agro-industrial centers of the country and corresponds to the goals of the state program "Agriculture of the Moscow Region."
PK Pechagin was registered in 2007 in the city of Chekhov, Moscow Region, where the main production site is located. The company specializes in the production of mayonnaise, sauces, vegetable oils for fryer, tomato paste and ketchup. The products are supplied to federal retail chains, as well as to HoReCa segment companies (catering establishments and hotels) in the Russian Federation and neighboring countries.[1]
